Solution

Applied the Northpoint Business Intensification Process (BIP), designed to identify key areas for improvement through highly engaged cross-functional teams.  The teams had a charter to focus on 2-5 areas to generate revenue in 6-18 months. Strategic Choice Structure framework was applied.

Result

  1. Pricing study was implemented: provided $6.5 mil to bottom line.
  2. Identified a new $1.0 billion market and technology opportunity.
  3. Increase channel and market access by 1.5x.
